GROOMING
|
Long hair should be fastened in a tightly-secured bun, using a mesh hairnet over the bun. A pink hairband may be used to hold down wisps. Medium-length hair should be held back with a hairband, or, if possible, put in a small ponytail. No jewellery, coloured nail polish or makeup is to be worn, and no gum or food brought to class. |
 |
| PHYSICAL PROBLEMS |
If any student suffers from any disability (e.g. back ailments, asthma, hearing problems, learning difficulties, etc.), the Studio would appreciate being informed as soon as possible. |
| |
MAKE-UP CLASSES |
The Studio has not obligation to provide make-up classes for those missed by students. However, an effort will be made to accomodate students, providing it does not interfere with the training of others or cause overcrowding in class. It is the responsibility of the parent to request these make-up classes.

| |
ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS |
It is important for all students not to miss their classes. If a student is away too often, he or she will find it difficult to keep up with the class and will miss any new material that has been covered in class. Please notify the Studio directly or by leaving a message on the answering machine, of any absences, long or short.
It is important that all students arrive on time for the start of class. If a student arrives late to the classroom, he or she misses important material and exercises and disrupts the other students. Students should try to arrive at the Studio at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. This will enable them to change, warm up, and review material covered in the previous class. |
