	Celebrating 25 years of Dance in the Durham Region
	Welcome to another dance season at the Davis Studio of Dance. We are celebrating 25 years of providing high quality dance training in the Durham region. Come join us for the celebration!
		Payment for all classes is either by cash or cheque. An installment plan is available upon request.
	Registration:	The Studio is accepting registrations for all ballet, pre-modern and modern dance and Movement, Monsters and Giggles classes for the winter term. All winter classes start Monday, January 4, 2010. Late registration: Students may register for the Movement, Monsters and Giggles and Pre-Modern classes until January 30, 2010. Students can register throughout the winter term for all ballet and modern classes. Note: Some conditions may apply.

	(Note: All Fees Include 5% GST)
	Movement, Monsters and Giggles and Pre-Modern Dance
	Dates:	First term: Monday, September 21, 2009 to Monday, December 7, 2009. Second term: Monday, January 4, 2010 to Monday, March 29, 2010. Third term: Tuesday, March 30, 2010 to Monday, June 14, 2010.
	Fees:¹	Term 1, Term 2 (11 weeks each)	$110.00 /term
	Fees:¹	Term 3 (9 weeks)	$105.00 /term

	Ballet and Modern Dance
	Dates:	First term: Monday, September 21, 2009 to Saturday, January 30, 2010. Second term: Monday, February 1, 2010 to Saturday, June 14, 2010.
	Fees:¹	Term 1 and 2 are 17 weeks (4 1/2 months). Fees for the school year are payable by term. (Note: An installment plan is available upon request.)

	Introduction to Ballet (45 min. classes- Ages 5-6 years)		$260.00 /term
	Ballet - Junior levels 1 to 3, Intermediate levels Grades 1 to 3 and Beginner Teens and Adults Modern - Junior Modern (1 to 1.25 hour classes):
		1 class per week	$295.00 /term
		2 classes per week	$464.00 /term
		1 quarter pointe class & 2 ballet classes per week	$490.00 /term
		Modern Accompanist Fees²	$6.50 /week
	Ballet - Intermediate levels Grades 4 to 6, all Senior levels, and Adults (Intermediate and Advance), Workshop, and Modern Dance (Teens & Adults-1.5 hours per class):
		1 class per week	$330.00 /term
		2 classes per week	$510.00 /term
		3 classes per week	$650.00 /term
		4 classes per week	$730.00 /term
		1 half pointe class & 2 ballet classes per week	$580.00 /term
		1 half pointe class & 1 ballet class per week	$390.00 /term
		Single Class (payable per class)	$22.00 /class
		Modern Accompanist Fees	$7.50 /week


	¹ FEES FOR THE TERM MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION FORM. Please talk to us if you need to make special arrangements. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the School's Director but only when good and sufficient reason is given for discontinuing a class. Note: There is a $40.00 administrative fee for all refunds. ² MODERN DANCE ACCOMPANIST FEES ARE IN ADDITION TO THE CLASS FEES. They can be paid each week or in advance.
