Welcome to another dance season at the Davis Studio of Dance. Over 25 years of providing high quality dance training in the Durham region. No competition or recreational classes. Dance as it was meant to be.
	Payment for all classes is either by cash or cheque. An installment plan is available upon request.
Registration:	Beat the rush and register now for fall classes. Registration days: August 25-4:00-8:00 p.m. September 1, 8, 9 & 15-4:00-8:00 p.m. September 11-10:00 a.m -1:00 p.m. All classes start Monday September 20, 2010

Movement, Monsters and Giggles
Dates:	First term: Monday, September 20, 2010 to Monday, December 6, 2010. Second term: Monday, January 3, 2011 to Monday, March 28, 2011. Third term: Tuesday, March 29, 2011 to Monday, June 13, 2011.
Fees:¹	Term 1, Term 2 (11 weeks each)	$104.87+$13.63 (HST) $118.50 per term
Fees:¹	Term 3 (9 weeks)	$100.00+$13.00 (HST) $113.00 per term

Ballet and Modern Dance
Dates:	First term: Monday, September 20, 2010 to Saturday, January 29, 2011. Second term: Monday, January 31, 2011 to Monday, June 13, 2011.
Fees:¹	Term 1 and 2 are 18 weeks (4 1/2 months). Fees for the school year are payable by term. (Note: An installment plan is available upon request.)

Introduction to Ballet (45 min. classes- Ages 5-6 years) Pre-Modern Dance (45 min. classes-Ages 6-9 years):		$280.00 per term (HST included)
Ballet - Junior levels 1 to 3, Intermediate levels Grades 1 to 3 and Beginner Teens and Adults (1 to 1.25 hour classes) Modern - Junior Modern (1.25 hour classes):
	1 class per week	$317.5.0 per term (HST included)
	2 classes per week	$500.00 per term (HST included)
	1 quarter pointe class & 2 ballet classes per week	$527,50 per term (HST included)
	Modern Accompanist Fees²	$7.00 per week (HST included)
Ballet - Intermediate levels Grades 4 to 6, all Senior levels, and Adults (Elementary, Intermediate & Advance), Modern Dance (Teens & Adults-1.5 hours per class), and Workshop:
	1 class per week	$355.00 per term ( HST included
	2 classes per week	$549 per term (HST included)
	3 classes per week	$700.00 per term (HST included)
	4 classes per week	$786.00 per term (HST included)
	1 half pointe class & 2 ballet classes per week	$624.5.0 per term (HST included)
	1 half pointe class & 1 ballet class per week	$420.00 per term (HST included)
	Single Class (payable per class)	$23.75 per class (HST included)
	Modern Accompanist Fees	$8.00 per week (per week)
Note: No additional fees for students enrolled in more than 4 classes per week. Attendance is mandatory.

¹ FEES FOR THE TERM MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION FORM. Please talk to us if you need to make special arrangements. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the School's Director but only when good and sufficient reason is given for discontinuing a class. Note: There is a $40.00 administrative fee for all refunds. ² MODERN DANCE ACCOMPANIST FEES ARE IN ADDITION TO THE CLASS FEES. They can be paid each week or in advance.
